In order to support each child equally, parents are going to have to act a bit more like teachers. The real key to success in parenting siblings fairly, according to Dr. Borba, is "Unlocking what ignites your kid and turns her passion on. Those are the seeds for talent and one of the greatest parenting gifts we can bestow on our children."
